What You Need to Join Group Training Sessions

Basic Health & Readiness

You don’t need to be super fit — just in general good health and ready to move. Always check with your doctor if you have any medical concerns.

Comfortable Workout Gear

Wear breathable clothes, supportive sneakers, and bring a towel and water bottle. Resistance bands or a mat (optional) may be used — we’ll let you know in advance.

A Willingness to Show Up & Try

No one’s here to judge — just show up, do your best, and support each other. We grow stronger together, one rep at a time!
